A pre-planning page permits you to provide a short discussion of the benefits of pre-planning. You may choose to include small images within the discussion to make it easier to read.

You also may include a form through which your clients may enter information about their wishes. Loving Honors has designed a form that permits a user to submit it after completing just a few lines and request to be contacted, or they may complete the entire form.

The page to the right shows part of such a form. Of course the form always matches the design motiff of your web site, and you may customize the form for your particular requirements.
