You need only enter the name and dates of birth and death when creating an entry that will be used only to create a Loving Video™. You should complete the other fields if the obituary will be displayed within a public web site.

After entering the base information you must select the Loving Video link from the list of obituaries. Click here to see a listing of obituaries.
