A typical Loving Video™ is composed of pictures intspersed with transition
video separating them. The basic structure of a Loving Video™ is described below in
an abreviated story board.
Please view the video by clicking on either of the following links. The actual video
supplied for services at your funeral home is a DVD quality video; the links below are
far lower quality designed for internet delivery.
The introductory scene usually includes the name and
birthdate of the deceased. A smooth transition is used for the text as it appears
over an appropriate video clip.
The image to the right shows a typical introductory
scene after it has formed. Moving clouds interspersed with sun forms an effective
background for this opening scene. |
 |
The scene following the
introductory one often shows a recent picture of the deceased. That scene usually
is followed by scenes starting early in life and progressing through it to tell the
story of the deceased's life.
The scene to the right is a typical early scene from a Loving Video™. Other
scenes often included show the deceased enjoying his or her free time and family. |
 |
Pictures within the Loving Video™ generally are
separated by by short video clips that help form an overal theme for the video.
Transitions between pictures and video clips are always smooth so the transition
is not noticed.
A frame from one of the video clips is shown to
the right. We offer the following themes: Traditional, Country, Veterans, Floral,
Youths and Tropical. The theme page provides more information on the video clips. |
 |
The final picture frame usually shows
a recent image of the deceased. This image often is set above a video clip that connects this
and the next scene.
The frame to the right shows a typical final picture in a
Loving Video™. |
 |
The final scene in the video frequenly
is a quote from scripture, or some other appropriate text supplied by the family. The
video clip is used to connect this scene with the preceding one.
You may include a text scene anywhere within the Loving Video™,
but usually text is inserted only at the beginning and end.
|
 |
| The final seconds of the video is a simple, tasteful credit
for the funeral home. Generally, white text on a black background is used to clearly
separate the credit from the rest of the Loving Video™.
An example of the credit at the end of a video is shown
to the right. |
